We appreciate your purchase and hope you are satisfied with it. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy, you may return your item for a full refund. Please review our return policy below for further details.

Returns

  • Items must be postmarked for return within five (5) days of the purchase date.
  • All returns must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and labels attached.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@vestiwear.store to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging.
  3. Mail the package to us using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
  • Please allow at least ten (10) days from the date we receive your item for the refund to be processed.
  • Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your statement, depending on your credit card provider.
  • You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Exceptions

  • For defective or damaged items, please contact us using the details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
