Refund & Return Policy

We appreciate your purchase and hope you are satisfied with it. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy, you may return your item for a full refund. Please review our return policy below for further details.
Returns
- Items must be postmarked for return within five (5) days of the purchase date.
- All returns must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and labels attached.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@vestiwear.store to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging.
- Mail the package to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
- Please allow at least ten (10) days from the date we receive your item for the refund to be processed.
- Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your statement, depending on your credit card provider.
- You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
Exceptions
- For defective or damaged items, please contact us using the details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
